    The answer is 5. There is one more skull off to the right beneath another one. You can count the spines to find it.

    It is an x-ray of a clients dog from my veterinary job. Details withheld to protect the innocent. I'll post puppy count again at whelping. (thinking it may end up a c-section due to the size of the parents)
